Abstract
Conventional light microscopy has allowed for keen insights into biological questions, but it is often limited in spatial resolution and imaging depth. In this talk we will introduce Double Helix Light Engineering, that utilizes PSF engineering to enable high precision-extended depth imaging, overcoming may of the limitations of conventional imaging. Double Helix’s library of phase masks enable capture of object data at demonstrated precision levels of 10-20 nm and extended depth ranges of up to 20 microns in a single image.
