Moker CPA is a certified public accounting firm specializing in small business innovation research, small business technology transfer, and other government-funded startup organizations. George is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a certified fraud examiner (CFE) with more than 25 years in public accounting and commercial business. George earned a masters degree in business administration (MBA) from Suffolk University where he currently serves as Director of Entrepreneurship Programs as well as being a member of the entrepreneurship faculty. George served in senior management positions in the private sector, including roles as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations in an aerospace support company that provided metrology products and services to the Department of Defense and NASA. In addition, George has developed training manuals, workshops and seminars in the recordkeeping and reporting compliance areas of government contracting. In addition, George has successfully assisted multiple companies in commercializing and growing their operations. One of his most notable success stories came in 2010 when George assisted his client SmartCells, Inc. as they were acquired by Merck & Company, Inc. for over $500 million. George continues to work with start-ups of various sizes and in various industries.
