VENUE USE

CNSI offers vast event space specifically designed to stimulate interaction and exchange. The common areas include a 260-seat auditorium, attractive lobby space and six conference rooms as well as two outdoor terraces on upper levels. A configurable multipurpose meeting space overlooks the Court of Sciences through floor-to-ceiling windows. Track-driven whiteboards and movable furniture can be positioned to form casual discussion alcoves or formal business meetings.  The building’s spacious open lobby and courtyard of bridges inspire interdisciplinary collaboration as envisioned by architect Rafael Viñoly. Event Packages

These bundled packages are intended to cover all of your event needs while optimizing your budget. Services include provision of AV equipment (projectors, projector screen, microphones, and computer hardware), basic technical support, events staff assistance as well as set-up of furniture in our stock. Event Reservation

To make a reservation, please fill out the event request form below and review our policies.  Our staff will be in touch with you upon receipt of your request.  An initial reservation submission may consist of only the top portion of the form.  Please provide remaining details at least 2 weeks prior to your event.
